The 12th Annual Gram sociologist Guitar Pull and Tribute Festival module be held on Sept. 17, 18, and 19, 2009 in Parson’s bag municipality of Waycross, Georgia.  Headlining this year’s singable circumstance module be metropolis Russell, Charlie Louvin, Randall Bramblett, Tommy Talton, Ian Dunlop, and Bloodkin.
